  3. Attempt to access the site with a different browser or on another device, like a desktop computer or tablet, for potentially better performance.

  4. If the site takes longer than 30 seconds to load, switching to a desktop or laptop may provide a smoother experience.

  5. Verify that your browser and device are up-to-date with the latest versions.

For optimal performance, we recommend using Emblem.Finance on a desktop environment, as it's designed to support the intricate features and blockchain interactions best on iOS, Windows, or Linux systems.

If your browser closed before vault minting was completed, you can recover your unminted vault by navigating to 'My Vaults' on Emblem.Finance, where you'll find an 'Unminted' section listing all vaults created but not yet minted, allowing you to proceed as intended.

If an asset doesn't appear inside the vault after an hour, it may be due to blockchain confirmation times, which vary by blockchain. Assets are securely stored even if not immediately visible. For ongoing issues, contact our support team.

To move different assets to respective chains from a single vault, use the provided private keys for each asset with the appropriate blockchain wallet provider. This ensures each asset is correctly transferred to its native blockchain environment.
